She is an Entrepreneur in the field of Integrative medicine, an Ayurveda and Yoga therapy consultant, Researcher, and International speaker.
She has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurveda from the Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Masters and Ph.D., in Yoga from S-VYASA University, Bengaluru. Her doctoral work was on Ayurveda and Yoga therapy in the management of migraine headache without aura.
She has been a clinical practitioner for more than 20 years and a practitioner of Integrative medicine for 15 years combining the traditional Indian systems of medicine- Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy with conventional medicine. Her area of specialization includes integrative pain management with a focus on Migraine headache and women health problems including infertility.
She has been a speaker at several international conferences and conducted diseases specific integrative medicine workshops in the USA, Italy, Indonesia, Singapore etc. Recently, she was a speaker at the American Headache Society’s annual congress and presented the role of Integrative medicine in Pain management.

He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Illinois-Chicago Hospital. He has completed a clinical research fellowship in complementary and integrative medicine at the Harvard Medical School Osher Research Center, during which he received a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health.
