Shailendra Jaiswal is Governor’s Nominee on the Executive council of CCS University Meerut . He is Mentor of Srijan Sanchar a leading organization in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship .Shailendra Jaiswal is Member Board of Studies of Bihar University of Engineering . Sailendra Jaiswal is associated with number of institutions in advisory capacity . He is adviser to Toy Association of India on Innovation , Design and technology . He is adviser to All India Manufacturer’s organization . Shailendra Jaiswal is on the board of Director of Innovation foundation of Kanpur University , on board of directors of Alyna International Pvt Ltd. He is former Principal Executive Director DRDO .Prior to his posting in DRDO he was Executive Director Efficiency and Research Ministry of Railways . Shailendra Jaiswal was mission Director of a new research organization (SHRESTHA ) proposed for Railway sector of the country . He was on the advisory committee of Recruitment and Assessment Board of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research . He led the social service initiative of Indian Railways called “Neki Ki Rail” .He was invited to be a board member of incubator set up by Surat Municipal Corporation Shailendra Jaiswal was Deputy Director General at National Academy of Indian Railways Vadodara. He has more than thirty years of experience in the fields education , training skill enhancement , general management ,manufacturing , project management ,operations ,maintenance, ,quality management , information technology , research ,new product development ,vigilance and training , in various capacities in the Indian Railways and Public sector like Additional Divisional Railway Manager Nagpur Division of Central Railway , Senior Professor Management ,Chief Rolling stock Engineer South Western Railway , Chief workshop Manager , Deputy chief Mechanical Engineer Konkan railway , Senior divisional Engineer, Chief Vigilance officer etc.
